Pre-orders take about 2-5 weeks to be shipped out due to seeing how many orders have been placed and to have an adequate amount in stock to ship out to everyone. Do note: CGC orders will take longer to be shipped out and please note if you ordered another item alongside a pre-order item, we will send out your item with the pre-order; hence the delay.

Yes. This store is owned by SOZOMAIKA and all signed items are hand signed by the artist herself.

Though this is SOZOMAIKA's store, she does not work out of this location.  All items listed as signed are pre-signed and cannot be personalized.

Due to her very busy schedule, SOZOMAIKA is unable to fulfill individual sketch requests. You may be able to get on a sketch list at certain conventions, but you would need to inquire once there.
