I created a video to demonstrate how my Manga Hair Brushes work. 

Anytime I release an asset like this, I make it thinking about how useful it can be for any sort of work I have to do. My goal in creating this set was to get maximum detail with little time spent in the process.

Personal recommendation: Use the brushes on a vector layer. its great if you want to style and clean up the hairs before adding any further details.
