GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Orders fulfilled through our standard fulfillment facility are generally shipped within 3–10 business days after all required inventory has arrived at the facility and is ready for fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation.
Some products are produced and fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printful. Processing times, shipping methods, carriers, and transit times for these products may vary depending on the product, production location, destination, and selected shipping service.
PRE-ORDERS
Items identified as pre-order or pre-sale products do not follow standard in-stock fulfillment times.
Estimated availability and shipping dates are provided on applicable product pages whenever possible but are subject to change due to production, publisher, distributor, transportation, or other logistical delays.
Orders containing multiple items will generally begin shipping once the last required item has arrived at our fulfillment facility and is ready for fulfillment. For larger orders, we may split the shipment when possible so that available items can be delivered sooner.
SIGNED ITEMS
Signed merchandise requires additional processing and transit time. Inventory must first be delivered to Sozomaika for signing and then returned to our fulfillment facility before customer orders can be packed and shipped.
Because this process requires additional transportation, handling, and coordination, signed merchandise may take longer to fulfill than standard in-stock merchandise.
Estimated fulfillment and shipping dates for signed products are provided whenever possible but are subject to change due to artist scheduling, transportation delays, production delays, or other logistical circumstances.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders within the United States may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or other available carriers, depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping service.
After an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times vary according to the shipping service and destination. Estimated transit times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include applicable processing or fulfillment time.
Carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your shipment has been processed by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, rates, carriers, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.
International shipments may be transferred to a local postal or delivery service after entering the destination country. Tracking availability and updates may vary after this transfer.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing and international carrier delays are outside of our control and may extend the estimated delivery time. Failure to pay required customs or import charges may result in a shipment being refused or returned.
DIGITAL GOODS
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped. Shipping and transit estimates do not apply to digital products.
